67ii at Sakari Station

I got up before sunrise and went to the Sakari train station in the city of Ofunato. On 3.11 the tsunami flood waters reached about 3-4 feet, destroying many of the older buildings. Train service to the south has been replaced with buses that run along the newly paved rail beds. The train line to the north has been partially restored and the freight trains running to the cement factory were the first to be restored, as it is one of the biggest businesses in the city. I finished the roll shooting some of the older buildings in the neighborhood.
