A Walk in the Park

Palmer Park provides a taste of the Colorado Rockies right in the heart of the city. It is a surprisingly big park, providing enough trails to hike all day or mountain bike for several hours. We went for a quick walk the other day and I grabbed the Mamiya 6 and 75mm lens on the way out the door. The sun ended up hiding behind the clouds much of the time but popped out now and then. For most of the portraits I used a pretty large aperture and found that nailing the focus isn’t always easy. My failing vision didn’t help either. I think I need a diopter for this camera.
